About the Business
The Office for Women (OfW) is
part of the Women’s Equality and Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence System
Reform division and works collaboratively with the Office for the Prevention of
Domestic Family and Sexual Violence. The OfW promotes gender equity and
positive change for women in South Australia through collaboration with
government and community groups. The OfW develops policy and advice to support
informed decision-making on issues affecting women, improving their safety,
wellbeing, and economic security.
Role Details
The Team Leader, Contract Management is a role within Women’s Equality and DFSV System Reform and is accountable to the Manager, Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence for:
• providing leadership and advice on the preparation, negotiation, and monitoring of service and grant agreements
• managing and leading the Contract Management team in setting priorities, overseeing performance management processes and ensuring compliance
• fostering collaborative partnerships and sector capability building initiatives with DHS funded service providers and stakeholders to support effective service delivery to priority populations and communities.

Screening Checks
If you are new to the department and are invited to an interview, you will be required to produce a National Police Check,
which has been issued within six months of your application for the role. National Police Checks can be applied for via the
South Australia Police
or through an Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission accredited body.
If the role you are applying for also requires an Employment-related Screening Check, you will be required to undergo such assessment as is advised by DHS,
including periodic assessment during your employment.
