About the Role
As part of the Recruitment Services team, you’ll take ownership of high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple service areas focusing on recruiting for Disability Service Officers and Youth Workers.
You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes and deliver strategic solutions ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.
You’ll work closely with managers and stakeholders to provide expert advice on recruitment best practice, while also developing and implementing strategic initiatives that support workforce planning and diversity goals.
In addition, you’ll manage onboarding processes that set new employees up for success and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in our recruitment systems.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years’ experience in recruitment, including bulk campaigns and attraction strategy.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with e-recruitment systems (CHRIS21 experience is a bonus).

Screening Checks
If you are new to the department and are invited to an interview, you will be required to produce a National Police Check,
which has been issued within six months of your application for the role. National Police Checks can be applied for via the
South Australia Police
or through an Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission accredited body.
If the role you are applying for also requires an Employment-related Screening Check, you will be required to undergo such assessment as is advised by DHS,
including periodic assessment during your employment.
