About the Business

The Corporate Services and Client Management team provides strategic, technical and client-related administrative support to our Disability Services Directorate. They support, governance, records and information management, systems, business processes, helping to ensure our NDIS services are delivered efficiently and in line with each client's individual funding plan. 

Role Details

The Lead Workforce Planner plays a critical role in shaping the organisation’s future workforce capability by driving workforce planning, forecasting and analysis activities.
This position provides expert advice and insights to support evidence-based decision-making, ensuring workforce strategies are aligned with service delivery requirements, organisational priorities and future workforce demands.
The role is responsible for developing sustainable workforce models, delivering workforce planning initiatives, and partnering with key stakeholders to identify and address workforce risks and opportunities.
The Lead Workforce Planner provides strategic reporting, workforce intelligence and innovative planning solutions that support operational effectiveness, recruitment planning and long-term workforce sustainability.

Special Conditions
