About the Business

People and Partnerships empower leaders and teams to build a safe, capable and engaged workforce by providing advice and services across people management, workforce relations and change, wellbeing and safety, investigations and career support. They help the department to manage risk and support staff through complex matters so they can do their best work for South Australians.

Role Details

Join our People and Partnerships team as a Human Resources Business Partner and play a pivotal role in supporting frontline disability services to achieve real outcomes for our people, vulnerable clients and the community. As a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, deliver expert guidance across a broad spectrum of people matters. Support managers and leaders through complex employee scenarios, helping navigate challenges and achieve practical, people-focused solutions.

You will gain experience working with a range of different employee groups, covered by multiple industrial instruments. Champion fair, consistent, and contemporary HR practices across the Department by ensuring our people experience is aligned, equitable, and future focused. Your ability to build strong, authentic relationships will be key, as you collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes. We are a dynamic, vibrant, and supportive team who enjoy working together and back each other to succeed.
