About the Business

Our Disability and Specialised Services (DaSS) Division delivers essential support to South Australians through high-quality NDIS services, sector reform, inclusion-focused policy. We provide direct disability supports through Supported Independent Living, and specialised care through our Disability, Clinical and Quality Services, as well as Aged Care Projects. Our work is strengthened by Corporate and Engagement teams, ensuring strong governance, collaboration and positive outcomes for people we support. 

Role Details

We are seeking expressions of interest from DHS employees interested in a Project and Change Analyst role for 12 months supporting service delivery across Disability and Specialised Services. This position is classified at the ASO6 level

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of strategic projects that improve service quality, efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Analyse business processes and service delivery practices to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and apply change management approaches that support the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.

What We Are Seeking

We're looking for a motivated professional with experience in project delivery, business improvement and change management. You will bring:

  •             Experience delivering projects and improvement initiatives in complex service environments.
  •        Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
  •        Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  •        Experience applying change management principles to support successful implementation.
  •        Excellent communication, facilitation and organisational skills.   
  •       The ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
