About the Business

Our Infrastructure team provides a range of asset-related services to the department, from managing physical assets such as properties and fleet through to information assets such as official records and record-keeping systems. 

Role Details

The Senior Administration role is a key service delivery role within the Infrastructure Business Unit. The role is accountable to the Team Leader, Business Support (Infrastructure) for:
• providing cross functional support within the infrastructure team to ensure internal governance across our operations
• providing administrative functions with a focus on invoice management, reconciliation and cost analysis that contribute to the effective and efficient operations
• provide support and consistency in the development of briefings, reports, procedures and policies.

Special Conditions

National Police Check required.
Some out of hours work may be required.
Duration: Term up to two (2) years.
