About the Business

Our Disability and Specialised Services (DaSS) Division delivers essential support to South Australians through high-quality NDIS services, sector reform, inclusion-focused policy. We provide direct disability supports through Supported Independent Living, and specialised care through our Disability, Clinical and Quality Services, as well as Aged Care Projects. Our work is strengthened by Corporate and Engagement teams, ensuring strong governance, collaboration and positive outcomes for people we support. 

Role Details

A senior leadership role within Disability and Specialised Services (DASS), reporting to the Executive Director. This position provides strategic leadership in communications, stakeholder engagement and change management to support major policy initiatives and service reforms. The role leads the development and delivery of complex communications strategies, provides trusted high-level advice to executives, and drives culture transformation and strategic alignment across the division. It is responsible for shaping effective engagement approaches to enable successful delivery of key programs, reforms and organisational priorities.

Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C).
