About the Business

Our Disability and Specialised Services (DaSS) Division delivers essential support to South Australians through high-quality NDIS services, sector reform, inclusion-focused policy. We provide direct disability supports through Supported Independent Living, and specialised care through our Disability, Clinical and Quality Services, as well as Aged Care Projects. Our work is strengthened by Corporate and Engagement teams, ensuring strong governance, collaboration and positive outcomes for people we support. 

Role Details

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Client Administration Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage competing priorities, and is committed to delivering high-quality administrative support that contributes to positive client outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, and knowledge of the NDIS and the South Australian disability sector will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely client and workforce records, including roster and staffing information, across relevant systems.  
• Monitor, triage, and respond to enquiries and referrals received through shared inboxes, ensuring prompt action and follow-up. 
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, staff, service providers, agencies, and other stakeholders. 
• Work collaboratively with operational leaders and allied health professionals to support best practice service delivery and compliance requirements.

• Review and respond to changing client needs, coordinating appropriate supports and service pathways.
• Provide administrative support for meetings and workshops, including preparing documentation, tracking action items, and coordinating follow-up activities.
• Analyse workforce and service delivery data to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends.
• Monitor client support budgets to support effective utilisation of NDIS funding and maximise client outcomes.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in administration, rostering, client services, or disability services (desirable).
• Knowledge of the NDIS and the South Australian disability sector (highly regarded).
