About the Business

Our Finance, Digital and Customer Support Division oversees the department's budget and financial compliance responsibilities, its infrastructure and assets portfolio, as well as procurement and quality assurance functions, digital, data and technology and screening and financial transformation programs. They provide support and strategic advice across the department regarding a range of DHS goals, systems and processes. 

Role Details

The Team Leader, ITC Call Centre is a role within Concessions and Interpreting Services and is accountable to the Operations Manager for: Overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the Interpreting and Translating Centre (ITC) Call Centre to deliver high-quality services to clients; Leading and developing the capability of the ITC Call Centre team to ensure consistent performance and engagement; Building and maintaining positive relationships within the team

Special Conditions

National Police Check required.
Some out of hours work may be required.
