About the Business
Our Digital, Data and Technology team is responsible for enabling the department to deliver its services through the provision and governance of information management, systems, data and technology. Their goal is to provide our workforce with the tools they need to do their jobs effectively, while making it simpler for the community to access the information they need.
Role Details
The ServiceNow System Analyst is a role within Digital, Data and Technology and is accountable to the Manager Technology Governance and Assurance for:
• configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and usability, and assisting in ensuring that all system configurations and enhancements meet the required quality standards and business requirements
• partnering with technology teams and business units to define, onboard, integrate and improve overall ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes
• undertaking business and system process related analysis and managing the resolution of incidents and problems related to the ServiceNow system.
Special Conditions
National Police Check required.
Employment-related Screening Check required.
Some out of hours work may be required.
Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required.
Duration: Term up to twelve (12) months.

Screening Checks
If you are new to the department and are invited to an interview, you will be required to produce a National Police Check,
which has been issued within six months of your application for the role. National Police Checks can be applied for via the
South Australia Police
or through an Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission accredited body.
If the role you are applying for also requires an Employment-related Screening Check, you will be required to undergo such assessment as is advised by DHS,
including periodic assessment during your employment.
