The Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a proactive and
detail-oriented Financial Compliance Accountant to support the integrity of
financial operations and ensure adherence to government financial policies.
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Compliance and Accounting Services,
you will provide expert advice on accounting treatments and financial
compliance matters, lead investigations into financial compliance issues, and
contribute to business improvement initiatives across the department.

Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree in Accounting,
Commerce, Finance, or a closely related discipline and ideally, will have also completed professional qualifications
offered by CPA Australia.
